PROJECT LIST• Hyatt Reston Suite Renovation

– Location: Reston, VA– Completed in 2008– Suite Renovation consisted of 2 Presidential Suites and 3 Regency Suites. Demolition of Bathrooms and Kitchenette made

way for new walk-in showers, vanities, and open bar design. New carpet, wallcovering, paint and hard wired decorative lighting were added to reflect a more upscale residential space. All softgoods and casegoods were replaced with new transitional style furnishings.

• IL Lugano (boutique hotel)– Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL– Completed in 2008– Softgood renovation of 105 guestrooms, Lobby and Pool Patio.

• Mariner Bay at Annapolis Towne Centre– Location: Annapolis, MD– Opened March 2009– New 10 level luxury high rise with 208 apartment units, Lobby, Mail Room, Community Room, Business Center, Fitness

and Yoga Rooms, Pool Patio, Terrace, Leasing Offices, Wine Room, Sales Office and Penthouse Lounge.• The Fitzgerald

– Location: Baltimore, MD– To be completed in 2010– New contemporary mid rise with 280 apartment units, Lobby, Cyber Café, Leasing Office, Lounge, Bar, Billiards, Theatre

Room, Mail Room, Pool Patio, and Fitness and Yoga Rooms.• Arboretum Place Apartments

– Location: Herndon, VA– To be completed in 2010– New contemporary high rise with 300 apartment units, Lobby, Reception, Kitchenette, Community Room, Junior

Basketball Court, Fitness Center, Pool Patio, Mail Room and Business Center.• Palisades Apartments

– Location: Towson, MD– To be completed in 2011– New 18 level luxury high rise with 357 apartment units, Lobby, Lounges, Business Center, Leasing Offices, Mail Room,

Meeting Room, Club Room, Fitness and Yoga Rooms, Billiards and Game Room.
