My High School Scrapbook by Russell Beck 2/05/2011 I went to Cathedral High School, a private, Catholic, all-boys high school in Indianapolis, Indiana from 1962-1966. The school was downtown and boys came from all over the city; tuition then was about $275 per year. Today Cathedral is co-ed, it’s moved to the NE side of town, it’s not run by the Brothers of Holy Cross and the tuition is about $11,000 per year.

My High School Scrapbookby Russell Beck 2/05/2011

I went to Cathedral High School, a private, Catholic, all-boys high school in Indianapolis, Indiana from 1962-1966.

The school was downtown and boys came from all over the city; tuition then was about $275 per year.

Because it was a Catholic school we had religion classes every school day and we often attended Mass. One of the special things I remember was when theSchool went on a “Retreat”. This was three days of silence, prayer and meditation.Strange as it seems I still remember how much I learned to enjoy that time.
