Photography Plans/ Sketches This is my photography plan for my front cover, but also for images inside the magazine. I plan to have the model composed in the middle of the image looking straight to the camera. This will catch the audiences eye and draw them into the product. Having the model in the middle of the images presents a composition which is easy to work with and allows me to add cover lines, mast heads easily. The photograph will be posed which is following existing conventions. The colours will be simple, leaving the colorfulness to the font colours. The image will be passive, keeping the engaging information to the added text later on.

This photograph is for the contents page. I would like to take images at gigs, this will give the magazine a different look, giving the audience I chance to see the artists themselves. I would like one image to have the artist in the middle of the image. This will then contrast well with my second images where I would like the artist to the side. This gives us different views on the artist and their gigs. This will also go well with the subject matter of competitions for winning gig tickets. The photographs will be naturalistic which will contrast well with my other posed images which I will be using throughout the magazine.

Final Images These are my chosen images for my final piece. I have chosen these because they help to entice the audience into the magazine by the model looking t the camera. Wearing well dressed clothing also puts a better, higher class image on the magazine.

I have chosen these images for the contents page as it is showing the artists live at their concert. This makes the audience feel closer to them as they can relate to this situation as some may have been there. This also challenges existing conventions of media texts as many are posed, unnatural images.
