Antigua Guatemala

Is located approximately 45 kilometers to the west of the

capital of the Republic of Guatemala, and to an altitude

of 1470 msnm. It is a very famous tourist place in

Guatemala because you can see different places like the

famous arch of Santa Catalina, San José Cathedral, La Merced

Church, and others.

Volcano of Pacaya

The Pacaya is an active volcano located in the municipality of San Vicente Pacaya in the department of Escuintla, the municipality of Amatitlán and the municipality of Villa Canales in the department of Guatemala.

It is unknown how many thousands of years ago it erupted for the first time, but at least 23 eruptions have been recorded since the Spanish colonization of America in Guatemala.1 After being asleep for a century, it erupted violently in 1965 and since then has State in constant eruptive activity

Quetzal Port is located in the department of Escuintla, Guatemala on the Pacific coast. At 98 km from the Capital City, it is state-owned. However, since its inception in 1983, it has successfully used a mixed system by authorizing private individuals to provide certain services to the ship and cargo with tariffs fixed by the Company and approved by the Government.
