How fast do electric tricycles go?

The speed of an electric tricycle will vary based upon several factors. With no pedaling, Indian law

restricts the speed of electric vehicles to 25kmph or less. This ensures you don't need a license,

insurance or special safety gear to operate an e-vehicle in India.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Battery charge times will vary between manufacturers, models and battery types. Typically, the initial

charge will take 6-12 hours. For routine charging, higher quality batteries (such as Li-Ion and NiMH)

will take less time - anywhere from 2-6 hours. Cheaper sealed lead acid (SLA) batteries will take 6-8

hours.

How long will the battery last?

Battery life will vary depending on the type of battery you choose and how well you maintain it.

Typically, sealed lead acid (SLA) batteries last between 300-500 charges. To extend the life of your

battery, charge the battery regularly and promptly after each use. If you store your bike for prolonged

periods of time, both the batteries and charger should be stored at temperatures above freezing and

recharged every 4-6 weeks. The longer a battery sits uncharged, the faster the life will be reduced.

How much does it cost to ride an electric vehicle?

Not only are electric vehicles fun and easy to operate - they're most economical! Plus, you don't have to

worry about a license, insurance or registration and maintenance is minimal with FRP bodies.

Can I ride my electric tricycle in the rain? For the most part, every product we sell is weatherproof but if you submerge any of these products

in water, it will seep into the openings and likely cause damage.

How long does a battery last on one charge?

It may vary on the load you carry as we provide mostly passenger vehicles we test it on full load the

range will be around 65 -70km.

Can I use any charger with your battery?

We do not recommend this as warranty provided on the batteries will be void (Battery warranty is

directly dealt with the battery companies, we will not be responsible for any damage caused to the

batteries due to improper use of the batteries).

Which material would provide more strength metal or FRP?

FRP is generally better than iron bodies as they have greater impact resistance, furthermore they are

corrosion resistant, fire resistant, water resistant which increases durability and significant reduction in

maintenance and virtually no maintenance cost.

Is FRP material repairable?

It is very easy to repair something out of FRP materials.
