原理
以空气为原料，采用碳分子筛为吸附剂，一定的
压力下，碳分子筛对空气中的氧的吸附远大于氮，
因此通过可编程序控制气动阀的启闭，A、B两塔
可以交替循环，加压吸附、减压脱附，完成氧氮
分离，得到所需纯度的氮气。
We take air as raw material and utilize the carbonmolecular sieve (CMS) as absorbent. CMS absorption ofoxygen in air is much larger than its absorption ofnitrogen under certain pressure, thus throughprogrammed on and off process of the automaticpneumatic valves, tower A and B will work alternate toachieve pressurized adsorption and depressurizedesorption,complete the separation of Oxygen andNitrogen and reach the targeted purity of Nitrogen.

原理/Principle
PSA ( Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology a revolution in Non CryogenicAir Separation and Oxygen Generation Technology uses special grade of ZMS( Zeolite Molecular Sieve).The compressed air is passed through a Twin Tower PSA moduleinterconnected with automatic changeover valves. After passing through aRefrigerated Dryer air gets dried. Dried compressed air will now come incontact with bed of Zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS). Zeolite MolecularSieves are special grade of adsorbant which have the property ofpreferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules. At a time one tower remainsunder nitrogen production cycle, whereas the other tower undergoesregeneration which is achieved through depressurization of the tower toatmospheric pressure. The outgoing oxygen gas is sent to a surge vesselwhere the minimum pressure will be maintained with the help of Backpressure Regulator
