Get ready to earn major commissions for 2-plicating your Zija International organization time and time again! Building a solid business includes continually enrolling new team members and helping those team members maintain an AutoShip or place regular orders.

LEVEL 1, PART 1

Requirements: 1. You are an Active 75 or greater Distributor.

2. Your Circle Group Volume (CGV) is 750 or greater. This includes the sum Volume from your purchases and your Personally-Enrolled Distributors/Wholesale Members, Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, and Valued Customers. PV from new enrollees and all other PV from the Period counts toward Circle Group Volume (CGV). Your personal purchases cannot count for more than 500 of the required 750 Circle Group Volume.

3. You have at least two Personally-Sponsored, Active 75 Distributor(s)/Wholesale Member(s). Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, and Valued Customers do not count toward this requirement. The structure requirement is completed when a Distributor/Wholesale Member receives an AutoShip order or re-order. One Distributor/Wholesale Member must be on your Left Binary Leg and one Distributor/Wholesale Member must be on your Right Binary Leg.

If you complete 1, 2 and 3, you have met the requirements of Level 1, Part 1. If a new Wholesale Member enrolls with 500 PV or more, that new Wholesale Member can count all new enrollments toward the structure requirements immediately for 8 Cycles—rather than requiring AutoShip/re-order Volume to meet structure requirements.

LEVEL 1, PART 2

Requirements: 1. You have met Level 1, Part 1 requirements listed above.

2. You have at least two Personally-Sponsored, Active Distributor(s)/Wholesale Member(s)—one on your Left Binary Leg and one on your Right Binary Leg—who themselves have met Level 1, Part 1 Requirements.

You have now completed Level 1, Part 1 and Level 1, Part 2 and you earn $100.

LEVEL 2

Requirements:

TEAM BUILDER BONUS “2-PLICATION” PROMOTION

1. You have met and still meet Level 1, Part 1 and Level 1, Part 2 requirements. 2. You have two Distributors who have met Level 1, Part 1 and Level 1, Part 2 Requirements.

Example: You have two Active 75s who have two Active 75s who have two Active 75s. In other words, you have two on your first-level Sponsor Tree, four on your second-level Sponsor Tree, and eight on your third-level Sponsor Tree. When you meet these Level 2 requirements, you are paid $250 instead of the $100 that you would have been paid for just meeting the Level 1 requirements.

LEVEL 3

Requirement:1. You have two Personally-Sponsored Distributors who have met Level 2 requirements.

Completing this one step allows you to earn $1500 instead of the $250 that you would have been paid for just meeting the Level 2 requirements. Note: You must entirely complete a Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 grouping—known as “Completing a 2-plication Circuit”—before you will be paid for any other subsequent Circuits. A second or subsequent 2-plication Circuit may only be started after each 2-plication Circuit is completed.

Example: You complete Level 1 and Level 2 requirements with two different Circuits without completing Level 3 requirements on either; it only counts once and you will only be paid one Level 2 bonus of $250.

Example: You complete Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 requirements with one Circuit and then start a new Circuit that completes Level 1 and Level 2; you will be paid a Level 3 bonus of $1500 once and a Level 2 bonus of $250 once.

Example: You complete Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 requirements with one Circuit and then Level 1 and Level 2 requirements with two other Circuits; you will be paid one Level 3 bonus of $1500 and one Level 2 bonus of $250. The second Circuit must complete Level 3 requirements before the third Circuit can qualify you for its bonus.

The only requirements that need to be completed on both the Left Binary Legs and Right Binary Legs are Level 1, Part 1 and Level 1, Part 2. You can achieve Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications from Enrollment Tree Legs that are placed on the same Binary Leg, as long as you maintain Level 1, Part 2 qualifications. The building of both sides of the Binary Tree helps create your Rank, Team Commissions, and, in turn, stability and residual income.

ADDITIONAL RULES• 2-plication commissions are calculated and paid at the end of each Period for the entire Period.• This program is available exclusively to all Zija Independent Distributors. • This promotion begins during Period 80, Cycle 1—September 20, 2014. • This promotion is grandfathered to the beginning of Period 75, Cycle 1 so that all Distributor(s)/Wholesale

Member(s) enrolled since Period 75, Cycle 1 can count toward 2-plication CGV and structure requirements as defined in this document.

• All Distributors/Wholesale Members enrolled must be non-duplicated/original members and be real. The validity of new Distributors/Wholesale Members will be verified through various methods. This verification helps prevent abuse of the promotion.

• Level 1 Requirements must be maintained; however, a 3rd Personally Sponsored may be placed on the Left or Right Leg and can fulfill the Level 2 and 3 requirements.
