With experience across a broad range of gold, base, and strategic metal systems, Kris’ key contributions are conceptualising opportunities, generating and testing targets and developing discovery and corporate strategies. Kris has held senior management and board positions for a number of companies and is recognised as an astute ore finder, executive geologist and corporate strategist.

Oliver is a Registered Professional Geologist with a broad skill set in structural, generative and corporate geology honed during a 16+ year career in applied research and mineral exploration across a wide range of gold, base metals and uranium projects in Australia, Africa, North America, Europe and Asia. His work directly contributed to new company floats, company transforming project acquisitions and new discoveries. Oliver’s passion lies in the application of superior geoscience to exploration targeting and shortening the time frame to discovery. His publication record covers a broad range of topics such as structural and ore deposit geology, exploration targeting and risk-value practice and decision-making applied to mineral exploration.

Greg has worked in resource exploration for 28 years, specialising in exploration geophysics. He had a long career with BHP Billiton, his most recent role being that of Chief Geophysicist in the company’s Minerals Exploration Group. In this role he was responsible for the geophysical technology portfolio, global standards and governance of data, leadership of the central geophysical team, delivery of geophysical services, and adviser to the mining businesses. With international experience across Australia, Africa, the Americas, Asia, Russia and Europe, he has been involved in all stages of resource exploration ranging from province evaluation, target generation and testing, M&A, brownfields, and in-mine exploration.

John is a thoroughly international exploration & development geologist having lived on 5 continents during his 30+ year career. His multi-commodity experience gained in technical, managerial and leadership roles in the global, diversified major environment includes greenfield, brownfield and advanced project exploration, multiple capital project studies, M&A, technical services and operations. He has been associated with the discovery and development of new mines, and brings a deep understanding of value creation in the minerals industry. John was most recently global Manager Generative Geoscience for the Minerals Exploration Group of BHP Billiton. He focuses on the application of geoscience to minerals discovery, M&A and investments.
