+ Step 2: Wrap with HDPE+FOAM

Wrap the OD with 0.5 mm HDPE Sheet laminated with 3 mm Expanded Poylethylene on the outer layer

Corrugated board side discs are placed on each side to prevent physical damage and provide impact protection.

+ Place Dehumidifier & Emitter Pouches within the pallet

Wrap the coil with 200 micron VCI Anti Corrosion plastic film with Jindal Logo

Then wrap with 0.5 mm HDPE Sheet laminated with 3 mm Expanded Poylethylene on the outer diameter

Place Plastic Corrugated Sideboards on the both the sides

Place edge protectors on the ID and OD

Rewrap using JINDAL printed VCI Film of 200 microns & 70 inches width for double inertness.

Place 1 kg Zorbit Dehumidifier Pouch within the pallet to absorb humidity from the boxes.

Place 20 pouches of 20 gms VCI 4200 Emitter to deactivate the moisture effects.
