Asking the right questions is often, if not

always, one of the key points in starting creative processes.

The magic happens when we close the gigbag. Great things happen as we’re thinking and talking without the weight of the tool hanging about.

YOU’VE DONE

Not everything from a jam is rubbish. We take that one riff that’s good, listen to it a lot, then find out why the song sounds like Eros Ramazzoti, not like Motorhead.

4 CLEAR YOUR

MIND

I simply take a walk. Suddenly, there’s an idea in my head. I pull out my phone, sing and record the tune, then finish it when I come back home.
