User searches CRM solutions from Nokia OVI store, finds Abile DynaMitt and downloads it to mobile device

After installation, Abile DynaMitt sends subscription information to Abile DataHub

Abile DataHub service sends eMail to end user containing a link to Abile DynaSync desktop software installation package

User downloads and installs Abile DynaSync desktop software to his/hers personal computer and syncronizes his/hers data to the mobile device
