What we’ve changed/learned over time

Focus on the client

Explore the new

Act like a start-up

• Maximize value for all parties by encouraging and facilitating the collaboration with clients.

• Provide a list of predefined client challenges, but also enable them to be creative and suggest their own (type of) client (and jumpstart the first contact where possible).

• Offer a wide range of coaching and support to ensure a smooth innovation process and enable them to venture into new domains.

• Exploit the buzz around new technologies and the huge value and new use cases that have or are still to be identified in a relatively new domain.

• Take advantage of this challenge to build internal skills and knowledge on topics that are likely to become increasingly important in the market.

• Connect with our customers and gather feedback as soon as possible in the process.

• Encourage and support prototyping to evolve the ideas based on first-hand experience of the participants and others.

• Offer a safe environment to unleash the participants’ entrepreneurial inner self.
