ADAS first engaged the services ofExpense Reduction Analyst Tony Catlingin 2000, as it was keen to streamline itspurchasing function but did not havesufficient purchasing staff to do so. Tonyand his colleagues were willing to offera fully outsourced Profit ImprovementProgramme, to ensure ADAS receivedbest value from its suppliers, all on thebasis of no-saving, no-fee.

Tony Catling explains, “Working with ADAShas been enjoyable but challenging. In total, the team of 12 representativesfrom Expense Reduction Analysts hasreviewed over £2.1 million of costs across21 different categories and achieved inexcess of £400,000 of savings.
