• The EMOS Contractor is required to take Lead responsibility for the

integration and coordination of all Base Services activities and MSPs

• Responsible for Whole of Estate Appraisal

• All Base Service Contractors are required to undertake all

management responsibilities necessary to ensure sustainable delivery

and effective performance of their contracted service package

• All Base Service Contractors are required to actively cooperate with

other Service Package Contractors on the Base to ensure the

seamless delivery of services to Defence Partners

• Sign and operate in accordance with the Cooperation Deed
