Spill-Over:When all the spots on your 1st Level are filled, the next available spot is on your 2nd Level.



The next available spot on your 2nd Level can be filled by you or may ‘spill-over’ from a

member above you in the Matrix.




Spill-Over• You will now earn commissions from that spot

that was filled by ‘spill-over’. There is no limit to the # of spots in your Matrix being filled by‘spill-over’.
