The client, a multinational organization into video, voice and content collaboration and communication technology, is in the process of implementing Oracle ERP for their system. The client was in the process a multi-stage Oracle implementation aimed at normalizing their systems worldwide, migrating from current PeopleSoft platform. The human capital team was involved in developing training materials to train the users on their first two phases of deployment. Role: Anindita was the training lead on the project; and is in charge of the development of about 200 hours of learning materials including 34 courses. She managed a 4 member offshore team to meet the training requirements. Anindita is managing all client relationships from a training perspective and is the go-to person for all matters training related; Learning strategy, training development, and UPK. In January 2014, more than 300 companies took the Best Practices for Recruiting and Hiring the Long-Term Unemployed Pledge and agreed to reassess their hiring practices at President Obama’s request, to make sure they are not biased against Americans who have been out of work for more than six months. Deloitte offered to help the government with a tactical solution. Role: Worked as a part of the Research & Analytics team responsible for gathering research materials for Organizations/Hiring Partners who has been hiring/assisting in hiring Long-term unemployed and developing the Long-term unemployment benchmarking report focusing on the hiring practices they have been following, best practices followed in recruitment domain, the problem with identifying candidates with right-fit against the Volume of Applications, Role of Pre-hire assessments, hiring practices for long-term unemployed parents, etc. Helped in researching and analyzing further details on the 300 organizations and identifying the Deloitte OCEO Clients in the list. The project has employed Deloitte to undertake this work by employing relevant technologies to aid this transformation. Workday have been selected and implemented for this purpose.Role: Responsible for Super User Training development for the first phase of the deployment across multiple countries and regions for the Hire to Retire (HTR) process in Workday.
