It awards simultaniously:• progress that the Local Committee has made in total number of internships realized in

specific program in comparision to previous year and • scale of operations enhancement measured by contribution of Local Committee to

AIESEC in Poland 2013 results in specific program.

EY Excellence AwardEY Excellence Award is the most essential Annual Award given to the best among the bests – top performing Local Committee in all of the exchange programs in 2013 being a role-model for the others to follow.It awards simultaniously:• progress that the Local Committee has made in

total number of internships realized in comparision to previous year and • scale of operations enhancement measured by

contribution of Local Committee to AIESEC in Poland 2013 total exchange results.

Danone Wide Scope Impact Award is given to the Local Committee which takes adventage of local market potential diversifying product portfolio and in consequence enhancing ELD performance.

It awards simultaniously:• progress that the Local Committee has made in

number of internships realized in specific programs in comparision to previous year• sustainable development described by growth

in three (3) out of four (4) exchange programs

Quality Experience AwardQuality Experience Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates customer centric behaviours and takes special care of quality of provided experiences while boosting their quantity.

Talent Management Area Award is given to the Local Committee which provides great amount of Team Member & Team Leader opportunities to young people in the region developing in them leadership potential and is able to manage talents to fulfilling individual’s needs as well as organizational ones. Finance Area Management Award is given to the Local Committee which demonstrates on a daliy baisis that work on financial sustainability brings results and is one of the key factors of running operations. This award is also given for growth in financial resources that this Local Committee achieved and by that contributed to the growth of the whole organization.

Application Process• Remember that all data and questions mentioned in the application concern time between

01.01.2013 – 31.12.2014• Local Committee President on behalf of Local Committee, is submitting all of the applications that

Local Committee is applying for (including functional). • There are no limitations regarding number of applications LC can apply for.• Each application is required to:• cover all of the questions & KPIs requested on specific award description page• be written in maximum of 3 A4 pages (lay out depands on individual preferences)• be saved as a PDF file• be named as following eg. PZU_Innovation Award_LC_XYZ.pdf

• Applications are required be to zipped into one (1) application package, named Annual Awards_Application Package_LC_XYZ and submitted till 7th of February till 12.00 AM GMT+1 to MCVP Organizational Development Izabela Podstolak ([email protected])
