Instead, a room full of interested people that have money, and are looking for safety in turbulent times. Now keep in mind, these people are not just anyone. They are targeted prospects that "want" to see "you" and they have no excess baggage a.k.a. their financial adviser. These folks are even calling you to set the appointment if you fail to do so. Find the right demographics to invite and the annuity sales seem to "just happen". Too much wealth and it's like spinning your tires trying to close. Not enough in personal assets, you make easy closes but your family goes hungry. Just the right amount of available qualified funds and it's almost difficult not to make the sale and the commission. The best part is that this can be done with a semi-automated system that can be repeated over and over again, producing the right prospects that are under the radar and have no financial adviser to fight with. Once my annuity marketing was delivering qualified prospects, it was just a matter of using the system to funnel them through to a sale. This included having an office environment that puts the person at ease. I simply incorporated a little Feng Shui and the prospects felt better and dropped the sales barrier. Also important (understatement), was learning and using the right words to move the person forward through the sales funnel. Once the sale is made, next is the the service on the contract. Keeping to a simple system means also having a way to leave the customer eager to refer you to others while not requiring constant attention and maintenance from you. This is set-up during the sales process.

When you use the right annuity marketing system, it takes the uncertainty out of the sales process, premium production often goes up 25% to 100% or more, while the your time commitment and costs go down.

Here are couple of questions to ask yourself to know if a system can help:

• Do you recognize how large the IRA and annuity market is and the potential for income using a proven system to market yourself and sell annuities?

• Would selling an additional $100,000 - 400,000 in annuities each month make a difference in your quality of life?

• Do you know that retirees represent a $15 Trillion dollar market of qualified funds that need help?
