Why do you hate me?

why does it seem like the process of hiring is more important to you than the

actual hiring?

what happens in the 4 weeks between the time the hiring manager call me to the time it takes you to get

around to issuing the requisition?

what the hell are you DOING in HR?

who is this person called a ‘Compensation Analyst’ and why

does she tell me after the fact what we can/can’t pay?

compensation philosophylag? lead?equitable?

defensible?

why won’t you let me negotiate to bring on the

critical talent we need to hire?

can you please tell what I need to do in the ATS to make sure I

don’t get fired for compliance violations at audit time?

why do YOU choose the ATS I have to use? How come I get saddled with

a crappy tool where it takes me 70 minutes to close out 50 candidates?
