Introduction

• The Delta Enteprises(current name which can be changed) is a division built for Axiom to work as their detective division, but also with an option of working as some sort of Internal Affairs Unit.

• The concept is simple but effective, our mission is to provide professional detective services to the public, train people, even surveil employees or lend investigative aid to other factions.

Okay.. But what are your objectives?• Our objectives are:

• - Doing investigation jobs for civilians to find out about any sort of situation.(Investigations of national agencies is not accepted.)

• - Perhaps build a relationship with the PD and help them if it’s related with civilians.

• - Reducing crime and distrust among civilians and national agencies.

• - Offering civilians a part-time job to win extra money, maybe giving them money to help us get intelligence on people.

• - Making sure that all employees are kept safe, provide them with help if they believe someone is out to get them, and even survail them for the HC.

• - Scouting in convoys, as in acting like a normal person, and catching what a normal guard couldn’t.

How will you operate? – Civilian investigation.• Our division must have at least a simple office, or a place with

vehicles that we will use, normally vehicles which the general public uses.

• We will take a case from a civilian and it will be forwarded to a case file on our database. From that point on, teams will use their radio to communicate between themselves about the case files, and act.

OR

• From that point on, we will have casual undercover units on the public with the mission of collecting data about the people in question, and will build up the case file from that point on. Afterwards, all of the data collected will be sent the client(beware that following the amendments on public privacy will be kept, since the information collected is not forced out of the target), and the payment will be fulfilled.

How will you operate? – Helping factions. • The same as with civilians, let’s suppose a faction

like ET believes that there are people trying to steal their cargo. We will contact them, gather information, run it into a database in a section, and we will dispatch units to watch over them, either examining routes, far-following them on their convoys, or even by using their own CCTV cameras to gather whatever information is needed.

How will you operate? - Employees• So basically if the HC suspects on someone, we

could also make sure to keep the person under our eye, and build whatever they believe is needed.

• At the end we will provide them with a report about the situation, and it’s concluded.

• We can also provide a unit to protect employees if they believe that they are being followed or harassed of some sort, and give them a report so that the police can further investigate.

How will you operate? - Convoys• To keep it simple, we will work as the first unit to

leave the HQ, we will be around the designated areas and inspect it before the convoy arrives, and we will also have at least one person disguised as a civilian investigating the field, or scouting.

How does the training work?• Our training program will be kept simple but

effective.

• First of all we will include the training session at the Jefferson Motel, and many things will be approached, and the same goes for everything else.

• The training guides will be posted later, as they are not yet completely finished.

Recruitment• The recruitment will be simple, we will choose

those who we deem fit, why? Because if the part where we are allowed to also survail employees takes place, we cannot let everyone in, as we do not want any sort of power slips.

The weapons that we will use.

The deagle and MP5 are basic, the deagle is kept only for thosehave a license, the MP5 is only used during convoys, and the camera and pepperspray are just our normal work tools, with thepepperspray being used to keep others away without using weapons.

Skins• All civilian skins are accepted, however as I do

want to preserve skin 2 being used, civilian clothes can only be used during operations, or if you’re working on any casefile.

The vehicles• I will only include those which we don’t possess.• And yes I am okay with buying the vehicles if it’s

needed, I will just need to speak about that later.

The commands

• /track - This command is used to track a cellphone number, in order to assist properly or to find precious intel for an agency if needed.

IT CAN ONLY BE USED ON PEOPLE WHO CONSENT, WE DO NOT WANT TO METAGAME ANYTHING.

• /alarm - This command gives a message to our everyone who is on duty about we being in danger. It will display a quick beacon of where we are.

The name and logo• As most of you might know, I used that logo for a

faction I planned to start, but it didn’t make sense running it without any support.

• That’s why I believe it can work in Axiom.

• I am open to different names of course, and a new logo too. I just had nothing else so I decided to use that.
