AAlive. Know who you are when you feel most alive. What happens? How do you feel? What do you notice? Pay attention to what it takes and aim to replicate that state every day.
b‘Be’ Don’t just ‘Do’. Pay more
attention to how you want to ‘be’ than what it is
you want to ‘do’. Be as interested in what goes on inside you as to what goes on
outside. Get the inside right and the outside falls
into place.
c dChoose. Know that you have choices in everything you do. To complain is not to accept what is. So change it, leave it or accept it. You have a choice, so take responsibility, choose one of the options and accept the consequences without negativity.
dDREAM BIG. If your dreams don’t scare you they are not big enough. What’s probable? What’s possible? What’s potential? What’s the pipe dream?
ENTERTAIN ONLY THE PIPE-DREAM.
EEnergy. Notice what gives you energy and what takes your energy. Spend time only on what gives you energy.
FFail and be fallible. Celebrate failure, get comfortable with being vulnerable and trust that every time you do it will reveal something new to you and take you a step forward.
GGENEROUS. BE GENEROUS WITH
POSITIVEACKNOWLEDGEMENT
THROUGH ACTION, THOUGHT OR WORDS. NOTICE THE IMPACT IT HAS ON YOU AND ON OTHERS.
hHEART. Look beyond the words and actions of others and trust in what you see in their heart, it will rarely be wrong and will allow you to be closer and form a stronger connection.
iINTENTION & IMPACT.
Be intentional about the impact you seek to have.
You constantly have an impact on others in all you say and do. Be intentional about it, it will affect the choices you make and define the outcome.
JJUDGEJudge nothing and no one, instead use the energy to respond in a way that is true for you and it will feel great.
KKnow that you are a first class version of yourself. You deserve
to live the life you want. When you are ‘more of you’ your
impact is bigger and those around you will benefit
more. The world needs you to be 100% you.
Let go.Negative feelings arise from negative thoughts. Whatever we feel is driven from what we think.
Practice letting the negative thoughts pass and letting the positive thoughts linger.
MMOREIt is easy to knowwhat we’d like less of,knowing what we wantmore of is less easy.
What do you want moreof in your life?
Make a list, fill a book. Whatever it takes, know what you want more of in your life.

Begin to say no to the things that don’t fulfil you.See how empowering it is.
OOPEN.
BE OPEN TO EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE, WHO IS TO SAY WHAT IS RIGHT
OR WRONG.
PPresence. Be fully present, only in the moment you’re in, just with those you are with. Switch off your phone, switch off your brain and start being present. You will feel calm, be more open to others and get closer to those you’re with.

Get curious about yourself. How do I feel?
What do I need? Why do I do what I do? It’s the best way to learn more
about you.
Responsibilityin Relationships
Life is about relationships, at home, with family, at work, with friends, or colleagues. Take responsibility for good and right relationships and remember that each relationship requires a 5:1 ratio of positive to negative interactions.
sSaboteurs. Get to know those familiar thoughts or words that stop you from being you. State what they are, learn when they are most likely to show up, acknowledge them, know what to say to make them go away and don’t spend any time entertaining them or inviting them in for a cup of tea.
tTruth. When you are lost, unsure or confused, find what is true for you by asking yourself, three questions…
What do I think? (mind) What do I feel (heart) What do I sense (body)
uUnconditionalpositive regard.
Without fail, in all situations
and with all people, hold everyone in
unconditional positive regard then see the impact it has on others and
on you.

Know and own your personal
values and motivations and
aim to act from them all the time.
Know when those values are being
crossed and become proficient and able to
manage yourself when it happens.
