• Client: The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)• Event: Kaun Banega Entrepreneur• Venue: Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore • TG: Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Background
• Kaun Banega Entrepreneur is a program built to stimulate and nourish the entrepreneurial spirit of individuals
• The event is intended to give aspiring/existing entrepreneurs an opportunity to indulge in a real-life thrill of team building and company creation
Objective
Provide the TG with an interactive engagement and establish a great
connect with the nature of the event
“Kaun Banega Entrepreneur”
BluFi deployment and activation
• The entire event area was converted into a BluFi (Bluetooth) zone
• Users were educated with different communications to ensure they experience KBE in an interactive way:– Standees– Announcements
Educating Participants
• A mobile application was delivered to the mobile phones of attendees when they switched on their mobile Bluetooth
• An exclusive WAP page www.blufi.mobi/tie was created for Blackberry users to engage effectively during the event
• The mobile application had the following features:- An online Opinion Poll - Registration form- Quiz- Feedback form
Opinion Poll
• “Opinion Poll” forms were delivered to users via BluFi at end of a particular group presentation
• The poll was conducted parallel to the jury judgment
• Results of the opinion polls were displayed in Real-time using LCD screens inside the hall enhancing user engagement and participation
Registration
Non TiE members could register with TiE Mobile connect through an m registration form. Registered users can receive alerts and
information from TiE
Quiz
A series of questions were delivered to keep the audience engaged during the fillers
Feedback
Users were able to rate the various aspects of the event and share their feedback
