The product aims at targeting the youth and children and is estimated to grow rapidly as it provides the benefit of both pen and Pencil at the same time. No need to carry pencil. Just a single PARADIGM PEN can solve the problem. It’s new and innovative. It is priced at a reasonable rate of Rs.30 per pen which Is competitive and affordable.

Factors Affecting Price :
Cost - The cost involved in R&D and other Manufacturing Costs are primary constraint in the fixing.
Competition – Though having a First Mover Advantage, the competition and prices of substitutes are being kept in mind.
Promotional Strategies – Promotion and PR constitute a major part in determining the price.

• Premium or Bonus Offer - every 2 pens you get 1 free for the 1st
month.• Price Off Offer – This will be given
to retailers and wholesalers to stock up more of our goods.
There will be PRIZE Contests held in Malls and Public Places so that the product is effectively brought to the eyes of the people.
Sponsorship will be given to College Fests and also being a Prime Festive Season to different events and programmes.
As the company is a new company , the revenue generation is not the main focus .
The Main focus of the business is to expand and create its own Market Share . Thus, even the Pricing Strategy followed is Penetrating Price and a lot of investment is being done in Promotional Activities.
