force consists primarily of former Military Police Officers, former local Police Officers, as well as

other law enforcement personnel with years of experience and dedication. We will also bring

imported security equipment to ensure and provide the best services to the people of

Bangladesh

STRENGTHS

Top notch products: We have the latest and world class standard products from reputed brands.

Latest products: We have latest products like pen camera, infrared camera and pattern lock.

Trained staff and employee: The most important criterion of a good security organization is its training centre. We are giving training to make to convert them into expert qualified personnel. Staffs will be trained in interactive techniques for improving quality. Trained staffs will be able to support the organization very efficiently.

Unique and distinctive products: We will offer unique and distinctive products in the market compare to other competitors. Example-pen camera, infrared camera and pattern lock.

WEAKNESSES

Wide range of competitors: There are many security companies already present in the market

with high quality products selling in moderate price.

Training cost of security staff: To make staff more efficient and effective also to be an expert and

qualified, they need to be provided with training which increases our cost.

Already established competitors: There are many established and renowned companies like

G4S, Elite Security Force and Aegis Services Limited

Economies of scale: Once the industry gets to be known in the business sector with our unique

product economies of scale can be accomplished with mass generation in future.

Research and Development sector: After achieving the goals we will bring more innovative and

high tech security products through our research and development.

THREATS

Availability of many substitutes: The existence of rival companies becomes a threat for our

organization because they might come up with the copied version of our product in the market

offering it in low price.

Our company will follow the differentiation strategy to attract the customers. We will follow the

cost differentiation strategy because we are coming up with unique and distinctive product and

service for which customers will pay a cheaper price. By this we will attract our customers

STRATEGIC•Product innovation strategy is the first goal of our company. We have a research and development team (R & D) who are working to find new features that will add value to our product, make it unique and increase the cost effectiveness.

•Our target is to attract customers, gain huge market share and worldwide recognition by creating awareness of our product availability.

•We will ensure value for money by introducing high quality products and services by sell them in a competitive price than our competitors due to the cost differentiation.

•We will introduce our guards to a whole new training system to ensure the quality they provide.

•Security guards will be a combination of full-time and part-time guards and will be hired as sales increase. Guards will be hired either as daytime guards, night-shift guards, and part-time guards who take a part-time load of either evening or daytime work. We provide 24 hour dispatch support.

significant growth of its employee

We will have our products imported within two months of time frame and will be providing

services in whole Bangladesh by distributors within one year

insurance and disability pay through the business to protect them in the case of injury on the job

•we are consuming 2% of our revenue to help the poor and we are also planning to do charity programmes and as well as holding seminars on environmental teachings.
