Likely came to Utah sometime between 1863-1867 Unable to identify Caroline Eugenia Augusta Nylander in the Mormon Immigration Index - Listing of passengers, voyage accounts, etc. OR in the Pioneer Overland Travel Index. After arriving in New York she would have traveled to Wyoming, Nebraska This trip may well have included some travel aboard River Boats (New York to Albany & St Joseph, MO to Wyoming, Nebraska) and train..

At Wyoming, Nebraska (about 40 south of Council Bluffs - Omaha, Neb) the travelers would have meet wagon trains which came from SLC, Utah and returned to SLC, Utah with the immigrants.

) marriage. His first wife, Leah Rawlins Day, had passed away 31 August 1866.

However he had another wife, Elizabeth Cottrell Day, therefore this was a plural marriage. At the time, this was

common.

The couple had two children: Matilda Caroline Day (1870-1946) and Eugenia Augusta Day (1871-1872)..

Henry Day was a farmer and lived in Draper, Utah.

Caroline Eugenia Augusta Nylander Day passed away on 17 Sept 1871 at Draper Utah.
