Case Studies of our work… Property Management A prestigious London based property management company had purchased a derelict property in a prime spot on the Thames in Kingston.This was to become a large hospitality premises, housing around 5 luxurious restaurants and bars. The Landlords’ initial launch date had already passed as they had not realised the complexity of just what needed to be done to the utility infrastructure to get the premises ready. After engaging with Prestige, through a referral, we took this off their hands and managed the rest, whilst liaising closely with the client. From talking to the restaurants to establish their required energy loads, through to providing a bespoke broadband & telecommunications solution throughout the premises, offering nothing but the highest level of customer experience. Prestige managed the end to end process from infrastructure, meter install, wire and cabling right through to the end supply contracts. Enabling the Landlord to focus their attention on other important areas. Prestige now have a close working relationship with the managing agents and will be assisting with future projects. Hospitality Through a connection on Linked In, Prestige were engaged to carry out a review for a well known London based restaurant chain with 11 sites. The client was in the midsts of an aggressive expansion plan. Primary focus being on site acquisition and gaining foothold with their customers. Utility procurement was not in the forefront of anyones minds. Through our analysis it was identified that the utilities had been managed organically as the company grew. Prestige were able to consolidate the entire group with one strategy. Considerably freeing up administration time whilst increasing their purchasing power immensely. The telecommunications setup was very much a 'bare minimum'. Prestige not only provided a like for like option, with considerable savings achievable, we also proposed a 'hospitality solution'. From our vast experience in this sector, we were able to advise on extra considerations, meeting requirements both for now and the future as the brand grew. Although the more expensive option, it was the clients’ favoured, seeing the huge benefit this would bring to their customers and brand image. Prestige are now engaged to manage all of these services moving forwards. Working closely with the Operations department to ensure when and as new sites are purchased, the utility procurement is managed efficiently and effectively.
