Chardonnay Wine

Taittinger Comtes Blanc de Blanc 1998Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs was created to commemorate Thibaud IV, Comte de Champagne, who planted the first Chardonnay vines in France in the 13th century. First released in 1957 with the 1952 vintage, it is produced exclusively from the delicate first pressing of costly Chardonnay grapes grown to greatest perfection in the vineyards of the communes of the Cte des Blancs

Paul Dethune Brut Rose Grand CruPierre comes from a long line of wine growers (since 1610), following Leon, Henri and Paul who transmitted this passion which is so unique of Recoltant-Manipulants, those Champagne growers who bottle and sell their wines under their own labels. Backed by these traditions and experience acquired over the years

Genot-Boulanger Meursault Clos du Cromin 2009In the domains early years, this was Gnot-Boulangers one and only Meursault. It is still one of the pearls of the estate: Round, full-bodied, and expressive. Truly distinctive of the appellation and incredible value for Burgundy

Domaine Pavelot 1er Cru Les Vergelesses Rouge 2012In recent years, Luc has been selectively adding small amounts of whole clusters into tank for the reds, as the vintage merits, adding a spicy, herbal component which contributes to the wines complexity, and leads to more structured wines. Thanks to the dedication of young winemakers like Luc Pavelot, the village has become a place for quality, terroir driven wines that deserve equal recognition as those of the neighbouring villages.

Paul Dethune Blanc de Noir Champagne Grand Cru 2009100% Pinot Noir and aged in 205 litre oak champagne barrels. Rich, rounded and elegant with aromas of vanilla, crystallised fruit, forest floor and spicy notes.

Sergio Mottura Orvieto DOC 2013Sergio Mottura Orvieto DOC 2013Classification: Orvieto D.O.C. (Controlled Origin Denomination).Grapes: Grechetto 60%, Procanico 40%Vineyard: One of the oldest of Italian white wines, much mentioned throughout history, not from a single grape variety but a blend. The grapes used for this wine are exclusively grown in Sergio Motturas vineyard in Civitella dAgliano commune. Each grape varieties are cultivated and vinificated separately, assembled in January before bottling.

Roberto Voerzio Barolo Brunate Riserva Capalot e delle 2008 (Magnum)The 2008 Barolo Brunate is beautifully balanced from start to finish. Freshly cut flowers, mint, licorice, hard candy and dark red fruit are layered in this utterly impeccable Barolo. Waves of fruit build toward a huge, dramatic finish supported by serious tannins, yet the Brunate remains one of the more understated wines here. The Brunate is all about length, weightless elegance and an elusiveness that is only matched by the greatest Burgundies.
