CHASE, The Charities and Associations Exhibition, is firmly established as the premier business-to-business event for suppliers and key decision makers from charities and associations across the UK.
CHASE represents a highly cost effective marketing investment for not for profit suppliers looking to publicise their services face to face. Following the success of the 2012 twentieth anniversary exhibition, CHASE 2013 builds on an enduringly popular format of bringing together networking and educational opportunities under one roof.
About The Organisers CHASE is owned and managed by Conference House Ltd., the leading player in exhibitions, electronic publishing and outsourcing (including conference management) for the not-for-profit sector.
As well as two decades of success with CHASE, Conference House is also responsible for the well established nfp technology exhibition. In September 2012 our portfolio is expanding with the introduction of a new exhibition, nfp events, which will run concurrently with nfp technology
In addition Conference House manages the electronic newsletters NFP TECHNO and Association News – both widely respected across the sector for their industry relevant announcements and useful resources and ideas.
Who Attends We aim to attract more than 2000 delegates to CHASE 2013. Historical analysis reveals that more than 90% of visitors are senior not-for-profit CEOs, Managers, Professionals and Trustees. Comprehensive marketing initiatives are planned to attract top level delegates and expand the breadth of organisations represented, especially amongst larger charities and associations.
Educational Seminar Programme A key feature and major visitor draw at CHASE has always been the programme of free educational seminars which runs throughout the two day event. The schedule offers a variety of presentations on topical subjects of interest to charity and association managers.
Educational sessions at CHASE 2013 will incorporate seminars, workshops and case studies covering the most pertinent issues in fundraising, policy, finance, IT, new media and service delivery.

Visitor Promotion CHASE is promoted through targeted postal mailings, e-mail blasts, key sector publications, electronic newsletters, online advertising and social media. To maximise marketing opportunities all exhibitors will be given a post-event listing of registered visitors (subject to any restrictions applicable under the Data Protection Act or subsequent legislation). This list is not sold to third parties.
Few exhibitions offer this valuable service, but we believe that follow-up opportunities are of vital importance in maximising the benefits of exhibiting.

Lanyards - £1,250 + VAT Lanyards can be provided by the exhibitor/sponsors or the organisers can produce the lanyards to meet the sponsor’s budget and design.

Bag Insert - £500 or £1,000 + VAT Exhibition bags will be distributed to all delegates.

Promotional e-mailshot to delegates - £750 + VAT Sponsors and exhibitors can reach all registered delegates before the show via a promotional e mailshot issued by the organiser.
Content of the e-mailshot to be provided by the sponsor or exhibitor in conjunction with guidelines issued by the organiser.
Promotional insert in postal mailings – from just £1000 + VAT CHASE issues targeted postal invitations to the exhibition, directly addressed to charity and association professionals including CEOs, Trustees, Fundraising Managers and other not for profit decision makers.
A promotional insert can be included in this mailing on behalf of the exhibitor or sponsor.
This is an opportunity to reach a large and carefully targeted database at extremely competitive mailing rates.
