Your site must be created with mobile users in mind

Potential donors are likely to use their phones to access the web. By not creating a site they can use you can lose their donation.

People are likely to look for help when it first crosses their minds.

Site must be designed for size of mobile phones.

It is better to design site for mobile first then add capabilities for PC users

A smaller area means that the more important content should be given special treatment.

Content needs to developed in mind with what information someone on the go is going to need about the organization.

By creating mobile site you can meet new customers/donors where it is most convenient for them.

Increase in donations and people wanting to take classes can justify cost

By creating mobile site as a part of new site design you are able to cut time and cost

Can you afford miss opportunities to reach everyone possible.
