Project narrative LOCATION: The dramatic backdrop of “Clara Vista” is the adjacent
Tonto National Forest to the North and to the East. These five parcels will have an existing shared well, with area wells currently pumping at a pressure of 40 to 55 gal/min. Additionally, the utilities (electric and telephone) will be provided to the lot lines, per contract.

Project narrative TARGET MARKET: The market for these homes are affluent
professionals, both those who telecommute as well as those that work from home offices as satellite offices. There is every indication that many custom homes of this nature are being purchased as second homes as well. This market expects all the amenities of luxury custom homes, as well as the privacy and spaciousness afforded by larger home sites within a secure community setting like “Clara Vista”.
