DESCRIPTION
Web 2.0 - collaboration tools like Wikis, (Micro-)Blogs, Forums, etc. are going to become an important part of the corporate IT-infrastructure. But establishing them and running them successfully very often fails. Wikis become orphan, blogs effect the opposite of their intention, etc. This is not an issue of technology but of corporate culture.By applying our management and analysis framework cm|navigator we are able to identify the technical and cultural environment for the sake of good collaboration. By steadily employing workforce analysis and mirroring the outcomes to the involved collaborators we are able to set up and accompany paths of steadily growing and successfull collaboration.
