presentations for ease of access to the three things we need to see
on this page...
3. Individual Tasks 4. Overall Tasks 5. With these, I think I
made the page a lot neater and a lot more professional, With this
update, I am also announcing that Scene 4 has been rethought, for
those who know less about this (Farmer), the 'Cougar scene' was too
hard to animate, the legs on the cougar were impossible to draw
effectively, thus between Myself and Tub we have came up with a
crueller, yet funnier 'Beaver Scene' in which a beaver is looking
in awe at it's newly built dam, and watches in horror as it is
destroyed by a bomb. 6. Also, if a new comment is posted, I will
add it to this PPT so just post it on the page and I will update
it, the same day... This goes to everyone! 7. 17th March 2010,
15.30 ~ Lucas Ok, everone is working well, I am finding Sound
effects effectivly holly is drawing excellently, Toby is Animating
to perfection... Aaaaand nathan is just making a stick fight :P 8.
23rd Feburary 2010, 15.30 ~ Lucas Flower finished! added to
animation and all we only have a couple weeks... holly drawing
effectively! 9. 23rd Feburary 2010, 15.30 ~ Lucas Hmm, i'm gonna
assume Nathan has quit... Flower is in great progress! 10. 2nd
Feburary 2010, 15.06 ~ Lucas Nathan AND holly here today... no toby
though... but thats ok... i know whats i'm doing... just. Only
downer is i'm havin a bloody bad day... Edit: Nathans doing
Coursework... 11. 26th January 2010, 15.46 ~ Lucas A third no
nathan; Holly's birthday just been twas all good I beleive: holly's
clarification needed rly... Holly is making progress with the
animation as since today she has drawn Flower couger~ re-drawn 12.
12th January 2010, 16.26 ~ Lucas No Nathan again, holly drawing
again...Chris showed today, dunno what's happening... still Not
much production. 13. 5th January 2010, 23.26 ~ Lucas Nathan didn't
show today... uhh... i was with Sciency Farmer and came back to
Holly Drawing our stuff... i'm not sure what to report back but....
good good xD 14. 17th November 2009, 15:40 ~ Lucas We showed
animation at Gifted and Talented evening last wednesday,
/embarrassed! Went well other than a floating backwards cougar.
Weekly update on scenes: Scene 1: No progress on scene one this
week, awaiting flower drawing. Scene 2: Has been completed for 5
weeks >_< Scene 3: Has been completed for 4 weeks >_<
Scene 4: Part way though animation, mostly drawn, toby say's it
will be a Beach(haha) to animate Scene 5: Early stage of drawing At
the moment Scene 6: Still at skelegantal stage of animation 15. 8th

17:00 ~ Tub Intro finished, Four Seasons Spring used as soundtrack,
might spice it up more later. Nathans role changed to artist, I
will now do the animation now. As soon as Nathan has the rough
dimensions of the characters in scene 2 i will start to animate and
put in special Fx and sound Fx. 17. 8th October 2009, 16:06 ~ Lucas
We have just been agreed jobs 'n' stuff so: Tub(Toby Jones):
Actionscript, most of the other flash. Canning(Nathan Canning):
drawing and characters. Lucas(Luke Batchelor): Site update, info
update, etc... Updates since last time: I have corrected some
grammatical errors and added the deadline for entries, also made
the posting in order and made the page look sexy, also added a
countdown timer to when we shall hand it in. Tub has created some
generic sound for our animation such as lightning and static for
the TV effect. Canning is waiting on permission for use of the
drawing tablet. The competition opens for entries on Monday 11
January 2010. The deadline for submitting entries is midnight (GMT)
on Thursday 1 April 2010. 18. Note form Mr Farmer - 08/10/09 Guys
this sounds amazing. I can't wait to see it finished. I have had a
look at your .fla file and the TV static is great. This is a
excellent idea with lots of humor. Next job is drawing your
animals, characters etc. Keep up the great work. 19. 7th October
2009, 23:00 ~ Tub Nathan and I have created a rough shape of the
animation, added some sound like intro, first, third scenes and the
credits. Also made the TV static. Credits are made, just need
spicing up I'm starting on special Fx like confetti, and we're
working on the into should be done soon! Food Chain.fla ~ Wouldn't
let me email. Note to Nathan and Luke, Post date and time of
updates, just to make it more clear what we have done/are doing.
20. 7th October 2009, 16:30 ~ Lucas Storyboard: Intro: The Food
chain (written in chain's ), fade in for 1 second, play for 2
seconds, fades out for last second, (Spring playing) Static from TV
Grass seed grows majestically, with benevolent music, shining in
the sunlight, then get mowed down by a lawn mower (morning, by peer
gynt) Static from TV Bird pecking at caterpillar,constantly
missing, after a few pecks cat pounces on bird (none) Static from
TV Golden eagle standing strong, get's hit by lightning, turns into
a roast chicken image (brittainia) Static from TV Big cat hunting,
music getting tenser cat accelerating towards bunny, elephant
stands on, bunny licks cat face (family guy fast animal slow
children) Static from TV Bear swipes at fish, missing, finally
catches, big fish tail slaps, KO on floor fish flapping on face
(gushing water music) Static from TV Jaws music, sharks fin towards
seal, when shark about to strike, tense music bit..killer whale
jumps, eats (jaws....) Static from TV Human tensing muscles as
seemingly unbeatable. Standing on no.1 on pedestal, shark in small
fish-tank, bear with his fish, happy, confetti, 100 tonne weight
falls on pedestal music, (Da, Daa) cheering, fireworks), medal
shape, more confetti Credits role on-top of weight. 21. Idea from
Lucas: Food chain food animation add some humor could be about a
minute.
