In early 2005, Z-ARIF CONSULTANT undertook the Quantity Surveying Consultancy services for a mixed-use development of 5-star hotel, service apartments and offices in Kuala Lumpur City Center Malaysia, adjacent to the world renowned Petronas Twin Towers under the name of ZAC-BAL JV, a joint venture company between Z-ARIF CONSULTANT with a prominent firm based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The building was completed in 2012 and is named as ‘Menara Darussalam’ and the hotel is being operated by Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
