Ankeny Temporary Services, L.L.C. (ATS) began out of the desire to contribute a much-needed resource to this community.  As CEO of ATS, I have a vast amount of experience in Human Services and realize the need in Polk and Story counties for a personnel agency that fills the gap left behind by other agencies.  ATS matches specifically skilled workers with clients; thus saving them both time and money, while providing high-caliber, trustworthy employees.  This means knowing the local market so ATS can serve each client and employee, not just “sell” them our goods. ATS is a business known for a high quality of service and providing a high level of communication.  The long-term vision includes adding a number of skilled employees with offices throughout the Ames, Des Moines, and surrounding areas. 

 

Mission Statement

The mission of ATS is to contribute to the community by filling the need for temps, and contingent workers in the fields of clerical, light industrial, janitorial services along with general construction clean-up and, housekeeping, banquet service, customer service, and shipping and receiving in the general light industrial areas. ATS insures that the employer will provide workers with a safe and independent environment while they are available for temporary projects, as well as, permanent work.  ATS listens to individual needs and customizes personalized solutions for both businesses and workers.  We exist to attract and maintain clients and employees. When we adhere to this maximum; everything else will fall into place. Our services are guaranteed to exceed the expectations, you have come to expect, in our field.   

Specialties

We aim to hire high-caliber employees and offer many personalized services to make the clients’ job easier.  We handle all pre-employment requirements, job placement, automated ADP payroll, Individualized Client Service Agreements, and have Hr-Specialist’s available 24 hours a day. ATS is a company that does not micro-manage...so we look for employees with good work ethics.  We are skilled at getting job seekers and then placing them with client’s looking for specific qualifications in their field.  We pride ourselves on being above the norm and providing superior services to all we are in contact with.
