WHAT’S IN THIS PRESENTATION
3
WHAT IS . . . ?
DISRUPTION /dɪsˈrʌpʃn/ noun
“An event that causes an unplanned, negative deviation from the expected delivery according to an organisations
objectives.”
4
IT’S DIFFERENTDisruption and Innovation are not the same. Just because an organisation can innovate it doesn’t mean it can disrupt.
Innovation is just one small subset of disruption which is a complex, multi faceted process.
INNOVATION ≠ DISRUPTION

. . . Introducing LoneStar™
7
THE CHALLENGEWhen executives within an organisation decide to change the status quo to become proactive disruptors they face a common challenge.
With no journey plan or disruption methodologies to follow they call this challenge “Crossing the Chasm”.
AN ANSWER …LoneStar is a first of a kind disruption methodology. It provides every organisation in any industry with the methodologies and tools they need to become serial disruptors who can systematically create new industries and disintermediate and disrupt incumbents in existing markets.
8
“From Business as Usual to Disruption as Usual.”
VALUE CHAINSIf your organisation wants to disrupt then you first need to identify weaknesses, opportunities and the costs in an industries, a competitors or a customers value chain.
Once you have documented these then you are ready to begin your LoneStar™ Journey.

THE 5 STAGESLoneStar, the Disruptors Journey has five stages, each as critical as the other.
Disruption occurs when the right idea is perfectly executed at the right time. Serial disruption occurs when the right corporate culture and structures align.

30 DISCIPLINESAll disruptors have 30 “Disciplines” in common, spread across the five stages of the Disruption Journey.
Organisations that prosper and persist combine a thirst for relentless change with energy, leadership, urgency and vision.
“Organisations only begin to disrupt competitors and industries when they vigorously out perform the status quo in at least 80% of these 30 Disciplines and create a
x10 advantage.”
12
START HEREChoose your starting point.
To build an organisation capable of serially disrupting industries and competitors start from 1.
To design new disruptive products and services and take them to market start from 3.
