[ ABOUT FORUM ]
International Forum «Digital Broadcasting in Ukraine» is the main ground of discussion for professionals interested in Digital switchover (DSO) in Ukraine.
Forum is a start point to support and develop the DTT industry
Every autumn its participants follow up with the results of the past year and discuss the challenges of the future, compare results and plans with the foreign
practices.
[ FORUM 2010 IN NUMBERS] «From the time of the previous Forum the digital reform in Ukraine has being shaped a lot. The emergence of the monopolistic provider, announcement of absence of synchronous areas, and the planned tender in digital broadcasting are the issues of high interest. [ FORUM AUDIENCE]Every year Digital Forum gathers:
• senior and middle management of TV-companies• representatives of technical industrial manufacturers • officials• scientists• all interested in digital penetration
Every year Forum is visited by foreign specialists from the countries having accomplished this process or those ones being in any of the stages.
Last year guests from France, Lithuania, Slovenia, Romania, Moldavia and Ukraine have visited Forum.
In discussion participated representatives from National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine, National Committee of Communications Regulation of Ukraine, State Administration of Communications of Ukraine.

[ ORGANIZERS ]
Television Industry Committee (TIC)Industrial association establishes on August 27, 2002 with the goal
to represent and protects the interests of television industry of Ukraine. TIC founders are eight players of the television market, such TV-
channels as 1+1, Inter, ICTV, New Channel, STB, Tonis, media agencies as DMB&B/Starcom MediaVest Group (now Publicis Groupe Media), Provid/BBDO (now «Media Direction») and «Effect Integrated Media» (Initiative media).
On April 2011 TIC unites 18 players of television industry.
Independent Association of Broadcasters (IAB) It’s the largest industrial organization of nongovernmental TV
and radio companies from all the Ukrainian regions. Association is registered on July 27, 2000 and it became all-Ukrainian from January 2001.
In September 2001 IAB became В сентябре 2001 года НАМ стала associated member of NAB (National Association of Broadcasters, USA ). Today IAB unites 137 powerful national networks and local broadcasters.
IAB includes five departments, goal of them is realization of main tasks of Association: Centre of Legislative Initiatives, Legal Centre, Cnetre of Marketing Researches, Study Center, Press Centre. Центр маркетинговых исследований.
