Dr. Kofi A. Boateng Joins GeniusCo Strategic Advisory Board

Kofi Boateng and has joined the Strategic Advisory Board of GeniusCo. In this capacity Mr. Boateng will advise GeniusCo on international and domestic business development matters as an equity partner. He joins a growing group of accomplished business persons currently residing on the

GeniusCo Strategic Advisory Board.

Mr. Boateng served as the Chief

Center Association in New York, NY. Mr.

Boateng is responsible for turning around

the organization which has become an

iconic symbol of American

perseverance through increases in

efficiency, adoption of business plan (first in 20 years), increased staff morale, increased value of the Association to

the member-World Trade Centers, and turned around previous year's reported loss to profitability within 8

months. He also acted as CEO with departure of Founder President in January 2011.

Prior to the World Trade Center Mr. Boateng was the Chief Operating Officer of the Africa-America Institute (AAI)

which is a US government funded organization focused on managing scholarships for Africans to obtain advanced

degrees from US universities with condition of return to the continent. AAI boast a who's who list of Alumni of

politicians and business leaders throughout the African continent including the current Prime Minister of Namibia,

his Excellency Nahas Angula, a Nobel Prize Winner and leaders from Botswana, The Democratic Republic of Congo,

Ghana, Senegal, Benin, Tanzania, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Mozambique.

Mr. Boateng also served as the Executive Director of the National Puerto Rican Forum. Where he led the 35-year

old nonprofit to turn around from 3 employees to 110 and generate revenues of more than $35 million from zero

over five years.

Kofi A. Boateng has a BA from Yale University, an Masters from from Northern University and a PHD in finance

from Walden University.

Currently, Mr. Boateng has founded the Traders International, Inc. which focuses on the continent of Africa and

the facilitation for exports and imports; and assistance with foreign direct investment to take advantage of

opportunities in the next global frontier.
