XIER Fund Source Report
• Used for Fund Source Report as part of annual Equipment Reports
• Different Output format than other reports

XIER Fund Source Layout
• Fund source amounts arranged in columns per item
• Total column for each item

• All follow the same format with different sort and grouping options
• Only reports items with an Equipment Asset Type

• Standard layout is Fixed Asset Data
• Each Group has a subtotal followed by a page break.

XIER Active and Disposed Equipment
• Valid Statuses allows lookup from existing disposal codes.
• Y = only active equipment
• N = only disposed equipment
• (blank) = either

• Allows extended custom selection option.
• Based on fields from FIXED.ASSETS file.

• Asset Types determine what Fixed Assets are treated as Equipment
• Object Codes determine what GL accounts are used for History Report

• This message often appears when modifying one date without clearing both dates first
• If you get this message hit OK than delete both date fields and start again
