Inspect Air Handling Unit (AHU) Valves
• Heating & cooling valves should be inspected annually
• The effect of a passing valve can be hidden by the response of the other valve
• Protects against simultaneous cooling & heating
Inspect Mixing Dampers
• Mixing dampers should be checked seasonally
• Protects against simultaneous cooling & heating as well as incorrect building pressure
• The effect of damper failure can be hidden by the response of the coil valves
Add Fresh Air Control
• Automatically calculate the fresh air requirements
• Protects against excess heating or cooling
• Can be hidden by the action of heating and cooling valves
Set AHU Supply Temperatures by Zone
• Calculate demand from zone devices to set the AHU temperature
• Eliminates over-cooling
