web-seminars. Only thing I would make better is the timing of the content: the second half was presented, due to lack of time left, a bit too quick for me. Also I would appreciate a bit more time to work together and change experiences. Maybe I just have

Four things: 1. The speaker voice was attractive but he speaker spoke to fast. This is a disadvantage for non English native speakers. 2. Skipping ‘slides’ should be

avoided as much as possible. The RED line is easily getting lost. 3. Avoid too many American examples. In the past the US has not been THE example how to do

business. 4. We think your market should be focused on China and Asia, not the western world. Therefore your price policy, see point 8 is too high. You better go for

lower pricing and more customers/clients (did you ever think of a Chinese version, we could give you a hand :))

• Conversion from signup to attendance is a real issue with web-seminars as it is with regular seminars.

• We need to send out more reminders, AND (believe it or not) push people to cancel if they can’t make it.

• To match speaker and topic is evidently very important and in turn to match speaker/topic with attendees to achieve highest attainable recommendation and satisfaction rate
