These prices include transportation/delivery, all site work for installation & removal and insurance cover for

our own kit whilst on site and in transit (additional insurance to cover the clients’ and guests’ property is

available on request). The price is based on the assumption that all stock is available for the required dates

and comes from our own supplies. Because we try to leanly price our quotations, we will need to increase the

price if we have to hire items in ourselves because we can no longer fulfil the order because, for example, the

order was confirmed after a subsequent order was confirmed for the same stock.

The offer price is valid for 30 days and based on the assumption that all stock is available for the required

dates and comes from our own supplies; this will need to be verified at the time of confirming the order. We

will need to increase the price if we have to hire items in ourselves because we can no longer fulfil the order

because, for example, the order was confirmed after a subsequent order was confirmed for the same stock.

An order is only properly confirmed (to the point of locking stock and resource in our system) when the deposit

is received and cleared. Prices may change until this point.

Please note that removing some items will not result in the price reducing by the list price amount given above

when a package price has been applied; some ancillary items which we own in abundance will be included ‘for

free’ in the suggested package price.
