Coaching is the process of facilitating the development of people towards an objective through the approach of asking not telling.

An Executive Coach helps the coachee make the required behavioral changes to move from their current state to a well defined positive future state.

A COACHING ASSIGNMENT

A typical executive coaching assignment would be over 6-months, with an option for a 3 or 6 month extension. An assignment usually consists of the following:

Initial chemistry meeting Setting behavioral objectives with the coachee and sponsor 1 to 2 hour face to face coaching sessions (minimum

1x/month and max 4x/month) Phone/VC coaching as required Review of 360 assessment if available Shadowing, if required Interview 360’s with peers and or sub-ordinate, if required Facet 5 or Hogan Psychometric, if required Mid-point check-in with sponsor Final report to, and conference call

with, the sponsor

Once we get the go-ahead to start coaching, Andrew can work with the coachee and sponsor to identify Key Behavioral Indicators (KBI’s) which will define the success of the coaching assignment.
