What I found when I joined:

Too much dependency on agencies

Lack of understanding on why people leave

Had a bespoke ATS that hadn’t had any updates/upgrades

Not enough trust & confidence in our ability to deliver

Low employer brand awareness

Very little in the way of Social Media presence or knowlege

Very little in the way of MI
