3 Ways to use this First Aid Kit
• 1. Scrapes and Minor Cuts
• Needed Items – Gloves, wound cleaning towelette/alcohol pad, and bandage
• Always wear gloves when administering aid. Access the injury, and clean with a wound cleaning towelette or alcohol pad. Then bandage either with gauze and tape or an adhesive bandage.
3 Ways to use this First Aid Kit
• 2. Sprain or Possible Break
• Items Needed – Gloves, Compression Wrap, and Triangle Bandage
• Always wear gloves when administering aid. For an injured ankle – wrap the ankle tightly, but not tight enough to cut off blood flow. Secure the wrap with metal closures, apply an ice pack if available, and seek further medical attention.

• For an injured wrist – wrap the wrist and hand tightly, but not tight enough to cut off blood flow. Secure the wrap with metal closures, and immobilize the wrist using the triangle bandage as a sling. Then apply an ice pack if available, and seek further medical attention.

• Insect Splinter Removal
• Items Needed: Gloves, Tweezers, Wound Cleaning Towelette, and Bandage
• Always wear gloves when administering aid. If splinter is visible, remove with tweezers, clean tweezers with alcohol pad before use. Clean area with wound cleaning or alcohol pad, and cover with bandage. Seek additional medical attention if needed.
