✤ I am so proud and blessed to have each of you writing for TIFM. I also want to welcome the new contributors joining us this month. We are continuing to expand and grow and it is amazing.

✤ We have received such great responses from the magazine. People are genuinely excited about reading the magazine and each of your columns

✤ In addition, to that we have gone to a new Editorial Schedule and each of you have stepped up to the plate and accepted the challenge. I am so proud of you and immensely grateful to each of you. TIFM has some of the world’s greatest writers and I am glad that each of you call TIFM home.

Tips & Tricks in The Editing Suite✤ Thanks to Editorial Staff team.

✤ We have an Editorial deadline that is just 2 days away. Articles for Jan., Feb., & March are due on Oct. 5.

✤ Stick to word length 600-800 words. No more than 3 pages.

✤ Edit your work prior to sending it to [email protected]

✤ Do a spell check

✤ Read material aloud (Am I saying what I really trying to say?)

✤ Get someone else to read over your work

✤ Re-Edit it again prior to sending it

More Tips

✤ Watch your mailbox for edits. If you want a notice also sent to an email in addition to your gmail account of the edits and corrections, then share your document to that email address. When the corrections are sent back, one of the editors or myself will send a messages to all of the emails that are present in the share/send mode.

✤ Once you make the corrections, do not upload a new document. This causes too much confusion.

✤ You can start a new document at the top by placing a line in the txt to separate the old text from the new material. If you need help with this let me know.

✤ After you have made corrections, go to share and send a message to collaborators, otherwise we do not know that corrections have been made and will assume that you are still working on a document. This make make you miss a deadline which will result in your work not appearing in an issue.

Syndication Network: TIFM needs YOU!TIFM needs YOU!

✤ This month, TIFM is experiencing difficulty with our servers. Our host company has assured that this issue will be fixed immediately. Until then, we are not able to update our website with the new issue.

✤ After this call, you will receive the code to post the new issue on your website or blog.

✤ Please post the new issue on your website and send messages on facebook, twitter, mbono.net and other social networks to let people know about the Oct. issue.

✤ Also, Digg, StumbleUp, etc. the articles each month. Ask your network to do the same.

✤ Basically, keep the word gong about TIFM. Spread the word!

✤ Also, if you’re having an event, share it in the Facebook account.

✤ Everyone, help spread the word about each other’s events like the secret teachers.

Print On Demand✤ We will be offering a print on demand option thru Magcloud.

✤ The cost is 20 cents per page. People can buy a magazine and it will cost them 20 cents per page for them to have 1 copy of the magazine.

✤ Once our subscriptions and advertising catch up to our vision, we will be able to offer a printed version of the magazine through traditional sources. Our goal is to have the magazine in Barnes & Noble and other religious bookstores through churches, religious science centers, unity bookstores, etc.

✤ If you know or have relationships with bookstores, please pass this contact info. on to me.

✤ Also, on a side note, Thank you to all of the contributors who bought a subscription. Your support of TIFM is greatly appreciated. Contributors do receive a free copy of the magazine so we know that you do not have to do this. We are humbled and immensely grateful.
