Five Free Benefits that Every Chamber Member Needs to Take Advantage Of Since becoming a Chamber member a few months ago, I have come across a handful of very helpful programs. There are many more excellent programs offered by the Chamber, these happen to be the ones that fit best to my organization, 90DayEntrepreneur. One of the reasons they fit best is because they are all FREE. The first is the 'Business Savvy' section in the GPCC Newsletter. In this section I can showcase my business expertise to the Chamber community. This is not about blasting your company out and how great you are, but more of how your organization provides value to clients. The second is the 'Corporate Cares' section in the GPCC Newsletter. In this section I can show how my company is giving back to the community by submitting a short article. This is a great area to gain exposure for upcoming events or projects. The third is the 'Bulletin Board' section. Use this area to post events, discounts, job openings, and accomplishments. I also have the ability to browse exclusive offers and news from other Chamber members. The fourth is the 'Speakers' Connection' section. I can sign up to speak myself, or I can browse this section to hire a speaker for my next big event. This is a great section to position yourself as an industry leader in you market segment. You are one of the best resources you have, so definitely take advantage of live speaking opportunities. The fifth and the last is the 'Events' section. Attending 'Free' live events is one of the most powerful and quick ways to meet and interact with peers just like you. Meeting and networking with someone in person, face-to-face, enables you to accelerate a business relationship or friendship.
