Workshops provide communications practitioners with a taste of the challenges and dilemmas that social media can present. Participating teams are taken through a crisis scenario step-by- step. At each stage, participants review and compare their responses on-screen with other teams; receiving instant reaction and feedback. With an emphasis on training and learning, workshops represent an ideal starting point for individuals with less experience in social media, for larger mixed-function teams (20-50 participants), or groups from multiple organisations.
