Mail Configuration

• Configuration of mail settings is essential to accommodate sending and receiving notifications related to the operations performed.• Administrator can add, view and edit the mail configured.

Compose Mail

• With Messaging or Internal Communication Module one can compose mail, compose Broadcast mail, receive alerts, messages and search for messages• To compose mail click Compose Mail under Messaging tab and enter information into the Message Add

Form

• To compose broadcast mail click Compose Broadcast Mail and the Message Add Form is displayed

Compose Broadcast Mail

• Inbox will have the combination mail of Alerts, Messages, and Broadcast.• Alert are triggered based on the role configuration. As an Employee one receives all mails

related to oneself and as an Approver receives alerts concerning self and subordinate employees

Inbox

• Select Search Message under Messaging and enter details in the displayed form.

• Click Submit
