HEXPOL Compounding Charitable Contributions

Each year, all of our campuses get involved in organizations, fundraisers, and other activities in our local communities. Supporting the community and helping those who live in the areas we do business is part of our organization’s culture.

Aguascalientes, Mexico

• School of children with disabilities• Students visited the plan for a tour and were

given breakfast and a HEXPOL shirt• Donated toys and sweaters to 62 children• Donated supplies to the school• Distributed candy for the end of the year

party

Burton, OH• Had two high school seniors shadow in various departments for two weeks• Held a Thanksgiving food drive to support needy families in Geauga County• Held a “Back to School Supply Drive” to provide school supplies for less fortunate

children in the county.• Sponsored a high school intern who worked with the IT department for the

summer.• Co-sponsored a career planning day for high school students from various local

schools.

Dyersburg, TN• Sponsored various local teams. • Supported the local Salvation Arm by serving breakfast and lunch on a weekly

basis. • Made donations to support Dyersburg High School and Middle School.• Made a donation to support St. Jude’s.

Jonesborough, TN• Supported the American Cancer Society• Made a donation to the American Heart Association• Supplied Christmas gifts for 20 seniors and 16 teenagers through the Angel Tree

Project.• Held a back to school drive for many local schools and donated backpacks,

school supplies and classroom supplies with money collected from recycling projects.

• Sponsored a local softball championship.

Kennedale, TX• Participates in the Adopts A Street Program by donating time to beautify the

streets near the plant.• Walked/ran in the St. Jude’s Cancer Research 5K to honor children who have lost

their battle or are still fighting their battle with cancer.

Lafayette, AL• Held a back to school drive to donate school supplies and backpacks to local schools.• Held a Christmas toy drive which gave over 40 children Christmas gifts.• Supported the Birmingham Children’s Hospital by donating toys and games for children

in the hospital. • Held a cookout and invited local law enforcement to come to the campus for lunch.• Supported a 5K

Middlefield, OH• Donated book bags to Cardinal schools.• Donated money and purchased a quilt to give away to an Associate from the DDC Clinic

which is a clinic for special needs children which does research on rare genetic diseases.• Held a food drive to benefit the local food pantry.• Co-sponsored a career planning day for high school students from various local schools. • Hosted 8th graders from local schools to share information on career paths they can take

upon graduation.

Muscle Shoals, AL• Managed and participated in a day long event called “Rally at the River” that

raised money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.• Supported the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.• Supported a local school by providing school supplies for under-privileged

children.

Queretaro, Mexico• Donated money to a home for girls that have suffered any type of abuse.• Purchased cookies to support an organization that employs elderly, disabled and

under-privileged women.

Santa Fe Springs, CA• Donated clothing to the poor in the area.• Donated food to the poor in the area around the holiday’s.

Statesville, NC• Donated furniture to 5th Street Ministries to use for their Veteran’s Transitional

Home. • Worked with the Purple Heart Homes organization to help local veterans work on

their homes.• Volunteered at the Iredell County Special Olympics.• Cooked and served lunch for a local adult day care.• Sponsored various local sports teams.
