Location disadvantage. Formal promotional or advertising problems. Questions on preliminary test results done by GIAN/NIF. Presence of low cost substitutes or machines. Delaying payment of licence instalment fees. Difficulty in tracking the sales record. Subsidy problems. No following up is done by innovators to entrepreneurs. Selling of another variant of products by entrepreneurs.
• Scaling up product development. Do more marketing. Better designing.
• Not commercializing all the products but instead commercializing those which have enough market potential.
• Asking NGOs to increase innovators awareness regarding following up the entrepreneur, royalty etc.
• Searching market properly and should identify if low cost products exist.
